We work with individuals or organizations who need help recognizing solutions for current adventures.
For us, that means making space for and encouraging what comes up for clients, and pointing out ways to adjust their thinking to better recognize their own solutions. We work with individuals and groups in organizations, or individuals in their private capacities, to explore the ways their problems point to their solutions, such as in the Ours First course series and our advising services. Our priority is to help clients recognize the characteristics of their issue, the reasons those characteristics are important, and the tools that the clients already possess to address the issue. We look forward to working with you.
