About me

Here’s more info about me, Kelly:

After earning a PhD in educational policy, a decade of teaching experience at the secondary and postsecondary levels, and the profound learning experience that only being a mother of six children can provide, I’ve learned that human beings are natural learners, and that sound educational priority should promote healthy and encouraging learning environments rather than dictating what exactly should be learned. And while healthy learning environments take a variety of forms, educational priorities that enhance one’s connections with the self, the planet, and Consciousness are key. If we are honest with ourselves, we don’t always know what’s going to happen in the next ten minutes, much less the next ten years. Because of this, I believe that educators should not only share our best information, but we can also incorporate the three learning keys to ensure that learners feel confident and able to access the necessary information when encountering new learning opportunities.

Humanity is already in a time of monumental change with even bigger changes to come, and this fact alone requires a reconfiguration of how we in empire-based societies educate ourselves. I believe that the more we intentionally and unapologetically educate ourselves toward the world we want to see, the better we can navigate the challenges that will come our way.
